The short, honest version.

This site is run by Rachel Elz Studios (KvK 92148956), based in Haarlem, the Netherlands. Questions about any of this: hello@rachelelz.com.

What gets collected. If you email me, I have your email address and whatever you wrote — used only to reply and to do the work you ask for, never sold or shared. The site itself uses Vercel Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you personally. That's it: no tracking pixels, no ad networks, no marketing lists you didn't ask to be on.

Where it lives. Email sits in my mailbox; anonymous visit counts sit with Vercel (the company that hosts this site).

Your rights. Under the AVG/GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask me to delete it. One email to the address above does it.

For clients. If we work together and your setup handles your customers' personal data (for example, an automatic reply to missed inquiries), we sign a processing agreement (verwerkersovereenkomst) before anything goes live, and you get a plain-language list of exactly which services touch that data.
