What does a website for a physical therapy practice cost?
At Rachel Elz Studios, a website for your physical therapy practice costs €1,200 flat, excluding VAT (Dutch btw). For that you get a site that shows up in local search results, one AI workflow of your choice (automatic review requests, for example), and a one-page plan with concrete next steps. Hosting is included; only the domain name (about €15 per year) is registered in your own name. Ready in 2 to 3 weeks. And you pay only once you've seen the site and want to keep it.
Take a look at Fysiopraktijk Duinpad first
Talking about websites stays abstract; looking works better. That's why there's a demo online: Fysiopraktijk Duinpad. The practice is fictional, and the site says so clearly, but the build quality is real. This is what a site I'd build for your practice looks like.
Three things to watch for as you click around:
- The treatments overview. Sports physical therapy and back and neck pain each get a short description in plain language. A new patient can see within a few seconds whether this practice is right for them, without wading through medical jargon.
- The home-visit service. Duinpad also treats people at home, and you see that right away. For some patients that's exactly why they choose a practice, so it sits up front instead of in a footnote.
- Reviews on autopilot. At Duinpad you can see the workflow that automatically sends satisfied patients a review request once their treatment ends. The reviews in the demo are examples and are labeled that way; the workflow itself is what you get in real life.
Where almost every practice gets stuck
Patients often choose their own physical therapist, and they choose based on trust. Online, you build that with two things: reviews and clarity. Someone comparing a few practices picks the one that clearly states what gets treated, where the practice is, and what other people thought of it. If that's missing, they click through to the next practice.
Then there's the phone. You don't pick up during a treatment; your hands are literally full. Someone looking for a new physical therapist who reaches voicemail often just calls the next number on the list. The 'receptionist who never sleeps' workflow catches that: missed calls and messages get an immediate response, day and night.
And then there's the admin around it all: calendar, reviews, email, website, all separate systems that don't quite work together. One package won't fix all of that in one go, and I won't promise you it will. What you do get is a solid base: one site that's right, one workflow that actually runs, and a one-page plan with the logical next steps, so you know what to tackle next and what can wait for now.
What you get for €1,200
The package is called Get Found: €1,200 flat, excluding VAT, with nothing due up front. For a physical therapy practice, that means:
- A website that shows up in local search results, with your treatments overview, your home-visit service, and the practical information patients search for.
- One AI workflow of your choice: the receptionist who never sleeps, reviews on autopilot, reviews turned into ready-made social posts, or a booking link that handles appointments and confirmations automatically.
- A one-page plan with 3 to 5 next steps for your practice.
- Hosting included. The domain name is registered in your own name (about €15 per year), so you're never locked in. Costs for workflow tooling are listed in the quote up front, not on the invoice afterward.
How the process works
The site is up in 2 to 3 weeks. You pay only once you've seen it: if you don't want the site, you pay nothing. You'll find the full package description at the Get Found package.
I'm Rachel and I build everything myself, from Haarlem. You deal with one person from start to finish, so you never have to explain anything twice. My service area is Haarlem, Heemstede, Bloemendaal, and Zandvoort.
Contact is by email at hello@rachelelz.com. You don't have to call, and I won't call you out of the blue either; handy when your calendar is already full of treatments. Everything is in writing, so you can take your time reading back what we agreed to.
